AFTER THE RELIGIOUS CEREMONY MATTEO AND LAURA HAD THEIR WEDDING RECEPTION AT VILLA SOMIS

As tradition dictates, the bride and groom prepared themselves at their family homes, surrounded by friends and relatives.

We, photographers, split: I followed the preparations of the bride and my colleague Maria those of the groom.

Then we all got together in the church, with a super excited groom. Working in pairs is very convenient for us, and is greatly appreciated by the couples, since it enables us to give a detailed account of what happens throughout the day. Moreover, the groom doesn’t have to prepare himself too soon, as he would have to if there were only one photographer.

After the ceremony, my colleague and the guests headed for Villa Somis whilst I, the couple and their Lancia Flavia headed towards the centre of Turin for the photo session. From among the many locations of interest in our city, we chose Piazza San Carlo. A stroll across the piazza and under the porticoes, and the photo shoot of Matteo and Laura as newly-weds was done in less than half an hour.

AFTER THE WALK AND THE PHOTO SHOOT, WE WENT TO VILLA SOMIS FOR THE RECEPTION…

At the location, the party was already underway and the guests welcomed the couple raising their chalices.

Matteo and Laura relied on Simmi for their wedding installations. The bride’s dress is by Maura Brandino, and her make-up and hairdo by Errigo Parrucchieri.
